Michelle Rubin's Job:
Michelle works for Northrop-Grumman, a global security company which provides aerospace, electronic, and informational systems and services to governments (such as the B-2 Bomber, the Space Tracking and Surveillance System, and the National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System). Michelle manages programs that support the Airborne Surveillance Department--including programs involved with signal function embedding and radar testing.

Michelle got her Physics BS from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County. She then went on get a master's degree in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University
"Completing a successful program that requires alot of time and energy" are the best things about her job, says Michelle. The long hours, budget constraints, meeting technical specifications are things which she finds most challenging.
